• All editing—from rough cuts to final delivery—can be done in the company’s studio. Unlike large agencies that inflate costs through third-party editors, Richie Media keeps post-production efficient and in-house.
• Lease: If a buyer wishes the Seller to remain, the business could be relocated anywhere in Dallas; or could possibly remain at current location. Otherwise, it can be relocated anywhere in Texas.
• Employees: No employees. However, Seller has a team of outside contractors he brings on board for specific productions.
• FFE is negligible. Includes all the equipment necessary for studio editing.
Hours Open: Monday- Friday 9-6. Support and training available via Seller for 3 months included in the purchase. Seller willing to remain with the business post transition, although this is not a requirement.
