Business Overview:

I am selling our well established business of 40 years. Our business was started with the old fashioned door to door approach and over the years of not only adding lots of new clients we have added to our portfolio of products and services as well . We started our business with Electrolux with their floor care products and since then we have added water, air, energy as well as more surface products. We have a mechanical license in house for all Hvac applications. We sell, service and install. We carry a complete line of water softening and filtration products and we have recently added energy products to our portfolio. We have thousands of clients for lots of residual service and filter replacements etc. Investment will also include a retail strip center located in Tampa on one of the busiest roads. It has approx. 9k sq. ft. of 7 different suites as well as a beautiful retail store facing the main road. We currently have 15 employees with 30 years and under experience that are all willing to stay.
