Club Pilates is a nationally-recognized Pilates franchise with over 400 studios. Featured on Forbes, Entrepreneur Magazine, Bloomberg, Fox, NBC, Inc. Magazine as one of the 500 fastest growing companies and top franchises for the past 3 years. Franchise Times ranks it 5th fastest growing business. Over 500 territories have been sold worldwide and Utah territories are sold out.

The offering includes two studios that are up and running but have not yet reached their full capacity and earning potential, as well as the rights to open a franchise in Park City. The pricing reflects the significant investment already made to build out and furnish the two operating studios.

These two studios offer boutique Pilates training as well as barre classes and other state-of-the-art fitness and wellness programs. All of the instructors are part-time employees and the two full-time staff are studio general managers, one for each location. They oversee all operations, employee schedules, hiring and training, event staffing, member retention, new member acquisition, intro-class scheduling and selling new memberships.

The Bountiful studio opened in October 2017 and Layton followed in May 2019. Each one cost about $150,000 to construct and $200,000 for the required FF&E. These two existing studios have not yet reached maturity/capacity. The sellers have decided to sell their franchises and allow new owners to achieve the revenue goals outlined in the franchise agreement. As noted in the franchise agreement, of 188 recent studios opened, the average annual gross revenue of the studios surveyed was $533,899. The highest-grossing studio in that group earned $973,000.

The current owners also have the rights for the Park City area, which they have not yet developed. A buyer would also acquire the rights to open a studio there. Park City is experiencing explosive growth and is seeing an in-migration of new people from all over the country. The Park City location could easily outperform both Layton and Bountiful.
