As a consequence of the HP split, the two major companies that were created-HPE and HPI-adopted different strategies to the original parent company. These changes affected ITS in that a number of services previously offered were no longer required, and ITS had to restructure the organization. With ITS very good and long-term relationship with HP over many years, it retained and extended its master service level agreements with HPE, HPI, Micro Focus and DXC. 2016 and 2017 were ITS restructuring years, and the only two years in its history where it showed losses. ITS has now restructured and stabilized, turning itself around and bringing in not only the new HP spun-off businesses, but other new clients and expanded work with other customers.
