This is a 14-year-old national general freight hauler based in Houston, Texas. The company contracts with some of the world's largest logistics platforms to haul partial and full loads coast-to-coast. The owner is laser-focused on attracting and retaining the highest quality staff possible. Practicing the highest quality employee relations and customer service, they have experienced revenue growth annually and very little turnover compared to industry average.

The company operates from a terminal on 4.2 acres of land in an industrial area in south Texas. There is plenty of land for 18-wheelers to enter and exit as well as park overnight or wait on repairs. There is an office building, a driver lounge and an outdoor eating area for staff.

The property also contains their in-house and commercial diesel repair shop in a new 6,000 square foot state-of-the-art service facility. The diesel repair business was started in order to conduct in-house maintenance and repairs. But the repair demand was high from outside owners, so it has evolved into a profitable income producer.

Also included in the sale is a new 2022 Peterbilt tow truck used for towing disabled 18-wheelers into the repair facility. The company enjoys a relationship with the Texas Highway Patrol which refers them to disabled truck drivers on Texas roads. The towing business has become a profit source as well.

This is a hybrid business model utilizing company employees as drivers of company-owned trucks, as well as independent operators that own their own trucks, financed by the company. The company does however own all the trailers and rents them for $300 per week to owner-operators on a weekly basis. The company only contracts with fully trained and experienced CDL licensed drivers. They maintain a 100% perfect safety performance and compliance score. This company is extremely caring with their staff and drivers and therefore have no driver shortage problems.
