Partnership separation and absentee ownership is motivating the sale. The sellers have done the heavy lifting over a decade and have other interests and responsibilities. At this time, though the business is quite profitable and positioned for significant growth, its physical assets and certifications are valued as much or more than the cash flow (from a replacement vs commercial lender perspective). That said, after an uncontrollable and very unfortunate industry maintenance issue in 2023, 2024 and 2025 cash flow has caught up and is indicating a price increase in the coming months. Part 61/141 Flight School). Chief Pilot, Director of Operations and Director of Maintenance positions are required to maintain the full certificate.
Part 91 LOA for air tours.
SEVIS certification received effective 6/1/23 (student exchange visitor program which will enable company to issue i20 and M1 Visas). This represents a very significant growth opportunity for the future.

CEO/Chief Pilot owners have been largely absentee but will be available as needed part-time to assist transition. The CEO may be available after the sale in a part-time advisory capacity. Current Staff: Operations Manager, Assistant Chief Pilot, Front Desk Admin, 4 Pilots, mostly absentee owners (both Pilots). The critical gap you will need to fill is that of Chief Pilot.
