SITES
The sites are conveniently located within a 120-mile (~2.5 hour) drive between the two furthest sites, but six of which are all within 65 miles and <1 hour drive apart, allowing for efficient management and oversight for a new owner.

Since the end of 2021, the sellers have been unable to devote sufficient time and oversight to these sites which significantly affected their financial performance in 2022 and 2023.
