he restaurant is located in a popular strip center. It occupies 3,200 square feet and has some outdoor storage. In addition to ample tables inside, there is also outdoor seating. TO GO dining will remain a significant section of our business for the foreseeable future. Market Competition and Expansion:

While there are numerous Japanese style restaurants providing discount sushi, “buy one get one,” specials, and fusion style cuisines, there are very few authentic Japanese restaurants in the area. There are a couple of real competitors but it should be noted that they have “downtown” locations. This restaurant's suburban location has allowed them to maintain a very active TO GO business during COVID restrictions and as they reopened, they have maintained a consistent in-house dining clientele that is not dependent upon driving to a downtown urban location.
