Historic, 81-year-old, iconic, full-service sign company located in the mid-Atlantic specializing in designing, fabricating, installing, and servicing signs. Their manufacturing plant blends state-of-the-art equipment with talented and experienced craftmanship to produce all sign types including but not limited to exterior, interior, commercial-electric and architectural signs, and graphics.

The current ownership group has been in place for 33 years and has grown the business to $19M in annual revenue and EBITDA of $1.8M with 115 employees but now wishes to retire.

While there are local competitors, due to their history, reputation, size, capabilities, certifications, and relationships, they are the dominant sign shop in the area and the business is very effective at successfully competing in the local market.

FY 2020 & FY 2021 were record years for revenue and FY 2022 will be another record. Less than 2 months into FY 2022 there is a backlog of over $16M in signed work-in-progress (WIP) contracts and a prospective funnel of over $60M representing a healthy mix of small, medium, and large private and public sector customers.

A competent and experienced management and office team will transfer with the business. Part of the ownership team is open to negotiating post-sale training, consulting, and transition support, as well as ongoing management, if desired.
