These Montessori schools have a near fifty year (est. 1970) reputation of excellence. Operating out of two locations in Orange County, California, they have a licensed capacity of 250 students. Current enrolment is 199 students.

Gross Fee Income has been relatively stable over the past three years, at just over $2.1 million per annum. Expenses have been well managed, resulting in a steady increase in net income. The 2018 net cash flowing to the owner was $421,336, and 2019 is on track to produce a similar result. Note that this income was realized after paying rent of $216,000 per annum to their related entity that owns the real estate.
