Business Overview:

We have sold online since online started, back on AOL classifieds, then as eBay powersellers and as an 18-year veteran with a very profitable website, having earned upwards of $35,000 a month in net profit! The beauty of an online business is it is open 24/7 which allows for a realistic "sales while we sleep" income.

Its not easy to build a website properly and those free site builder programs are complete garbage. Our philosophy is if everyone can do it, that's too competitive - do it differently, like everyone cannot! That is where true success lies. When you build the proper website, it needs to load fast, have incredible graphics, a great deal of content and products that customers want, automatic datafeed built in to keep it updated and the right shopping cart. It needs to offer fast or free shipping, a model that allows the products to ship the day the customers orders and a good return policy. The products should come from ONE source (a true distributor - NOT a company that is claims to be a drop-shipper - we can tell you why, its important to know that is a recipe for failure - use caution!!). The website needs to be search engine optimized and the entire plan/strategy needs to revolve around a targeted focus (most people don't do this and most people online fail where we have succeeded). Remember, anyone can sell you a website, its the strategy and the website that counts.

Ultimate freedom, low risk, limited investment, low overhead, stable market, etc. Having operated online for close to two decades, I could write the book on ecommerce. I will make some broad statements here, but we can talk about them in detail on the phone, so please ask!!

a) Competition does not matter if you are strategic and out-think your competition.
b) "Dropship" can be bad - you need a true distributor relationship instead.
c) More than one supplier is a recipe for failure.
d) Page load speeds matter to sales.
e) Using bad shopping cart software = bad results.
f) You must take well-planned action to see well-defined results.
g) You do not need to be anywhere near the first page of search results to succeed online.
h) Competing based on price can result in almost certain failure or at least, low profits.
i) You can spend a lifetime looking at businesses for sale, and studying markets - you will never be 100% comfortable until you learn everything - you will pass away before that happens. Take well-planned action.
i) You don't need to be technical to run this store or carry inventory.

We have layers of strategies in place (that we won't even disclose in the conversation or for your due diligence) that gives us a competitive advantage online. We know strategies on how to get and keep customers and to blow their minds so we stay top of mind when they think of these products. That information is available to the new store owner only and trust me when I say, its a game changer.

We use technology like most people, competitors and others selling websites cannot even begin to understand. Why? Because we have been embracing ecommerce since the internet first started. Its been a lifelong study.

The sale includes training/support and coaching for as long as you own your website. It includes the website, domain and hosting. It includes graphic files that you can edit and use for business cards, etc. It includes a datafeed so the products are updated automatically (why learn how to keep things updated when technology can do it for you?)

Call anytime and we can talk about the details. I can show you what to watch out for, what I have learned about others selling other sites and what makes our site great. Serous inquiry only please.

NOTE: Having followed certain steps in life has allowed us to make over $1000 a day, we optimize our time. If you reach out to us on this, please be prepared to have a brief phone conversation BEFORE we send information. I have documented my ecommerce experience (for reference for family if needed when I am gone, and that totals about 4,000 pages - a call will help me summarize what you should receive by email. Thanks for understanding).

Print orders once a day and call in order to the single distributor. You can run this from home and have calls go to voicemail for convenience - most customers contact you by email. Its a fun business, work from home and no more traveling and especially in bad weather. No inventory to carry and ZERO experience needed.

Market Competition and Expansion:

Business Week says pet supplies is a $52 billion business unaffected by a down economy. The Wall Street Journal has a great article on Nestle finding consumers scaling back on everything BUT pet supplies. Approximately 70 million homes have pets and the average American spends about 150 dollars every month on pet supplies. People are shopping on line 24/7, you cannot go wrong by getting into a broad-based business like pet supplies!
