There are a few competitors in the metro area and statewide. Furniture stores are abundant, but that is a small portion of the business. Sales are very good and 2020 is projecting to be a very good year, in spite of the Covid pandemic and current election. This industry is seeing an increase in demand that will likely continue, as customers are investing more in their home life. There was a spa product availability issue during the year, but they have spas scheduled to arrive in December and January, and then regularly after that, so the business has hopefully weathered the product shortage. This should especially be good for business this year, as the products should become more readily available in December and January, which are sometimes slower months. Relocation to a more desirable retail location and additional advertising are other avenues for growth.
