Kitables ( sell DIY kits. All kits have already been designed and suppliers found and have been selling the same kits for years. Operations at this point consist solely of Supply ordering once a month, customer emails ( about 10 a week) and keeping on top of 3pl fulfillment ( about an hour a month)

How does your business make money?

Well sell kits though multiple e-commerce platforms, distributors, and we are vendors for amazon.

Why should someone buy this business?

Very low effort business, it pretty much just runs itself due to the automation and processes built around it, including the kitting and fulfillment. You would put in about 10 hours a month to keep it where it is. That being said it has been a way bigger business when we had a marketing team working on it, so if you wanted to put the effort in you could make a lot more fairly easily.
Also we are vendors for Amazon ( not FBA) this is invite only and you only get it by selling the volume we have. Its invaluable as you don't deal with anything on amazon including the customers, anything you put up is automatically prime and all you have to deal with is a PO once a week from amazon.

How can the future owner improve this business?

Do any active marketing as we currently do none, increase the amount of distributors
