Security company providing armed or unarmed guard and patrol services to a diversified client portfolio. Operations are in several states including FL, GA, AL. Most work is contractual on an annual basis with some coming from short-term agreements for various work such as targeted patrols and fire-watch services. The seller occupies an office suite in WPB which can be eliminated if someone wants to move the office elsewhere or can easily be made into home-based business. Seller duties include general management of the business, negotiating client contracts, managing new client startups, sales, and client startup initiation. The seller does not do any fieldwork or training as all that is conducted by the current staff in place. One manager in place responsible for client retention, customer service, employee scheduling, employee discipline, and operations management. The approximate employee breakdown is 10 admin and more than 40 field employees and that varies a bit depending on contract load. There are about 50 professional state licensed security officers (depending on contract load) with either experience in law enforcement, military, or security specialty backgrounds. Clients include residential HOA communities, apartment complexes, retail, medical plazas, and personal security services. Currently there is $1.8m in contracts.
