Company has a proven framework that allows government agencies to collect multiple data sets from multiple organizations in a secure, consistent way and to provide submission results quickly to data submitters and other stakeholders.

Contracts are in place with several Massachusetts Government Agencies. The contracted customer base provides predictable and consistent revenue streams generated through software development and maintenance. Over the past four years annual sales have ranged from $3.6 million to $3.8 million. Owner’s discretionary earnings (net income before, taxes depreciation, amortization, owner’s compensation and owner’s benefits) has consistently been in the range of $1.3 million to $1.6 million.

The company has very low fixed costs. The owner is the sole employee working an average of 32 hours per week. All other required labor is outsourced utilizing a network of highly skilled independent contractors. The company is approved on the State Blanket IT contract which allows the company to bid on all State and Local IT contracts. New bidding opportunities come across almost weekly. New owner could also grow outside of Massachusetts by pursuing other State IT Vendor Contracts and Federal Contracts. Many states have similar requirements.
