There is very little competition in our local market for ride services. A few individuals offer rides but are not official businesses with commercial insurance or the necessary licenses. Since they operate solo, they can only fulfill one trip at a time. Additionally, ride share services are not direct competitors because they are only sometimes available in our area, are more expensive, and do not accept advance reservations.
