25 year old highly recognized inspection service is for sale specializing in indoor air quality testing, stucco inspection, mold inspection, EIFS, and Dryvit stucco inspection. I was the first stucco home inspector in the country inspecting over 20,000 stucco homes in Georgia where it is mandatory to inspect every synthetic stucco home each time it is bought and sold.
I also inspect for asbestos, radon, water testing, e coli, coliform, legionella, meth lab detection, and phase 1 and 2 environmental inspections.
I am a licensed inspector in Atlanta and all suburbs covering over 6.2 million homes.
