The seller is well organized on all bookkeeping fronts including QuickBooks, POS systems, and Cybake baking software which tracks sales, inventory, recipes, and more. The seller bought this business almost 5 years ago and built it up significantly by adding more than 100 commercial accounts, from the meager 10 accounts the original owner had in place. Most are high-end accounts consisting of restaurants and resorts throughout the east coast from Palm Beach north to Vero Beach, FL.
