They are selling mainly to sub-distributors and large volume customers that include specialized "big-box" retailers and selling organizations including on-line sellers using a variety of selling platforms and personalized internet stores.
Annual sales are approximately $930,000, with Seller's Discretionary Earnings ("SDE") of about $182,000+. The company maintains an efficient, affordable office/warehouse space in the San Francisco Bay metro area. However, the business is easily relocatable almost anywhere in northern California.
