The labeler loads sheets for router to pick up, thus there is no manual handling. The router cuts parts, drills for all hardware placement and dowelled box assembly. The router offloads parts to operator-controlled conveyor. All operations occur concurrently with operator control. They have a 1,547,000 BTU gas heated timed spray booth that is fully enclosed in 2,000 square feet and also a sectioned off prep and finish area. Spray booth ID is 27 feet by 18 feet by 9 feet. Current transferable legacy permits for dust collection, and solvent based spray operations are in place to triple current production output. Operations took place out of an 8,000 square foot masonry block building manufacturing space with 24-foot-tall walls and 20-foot-tall ceilings, and they also have 1,100 square feet of loft inside of the building with air, power, lights and stairs access.
