What is being sold is a state-of-the-art frameless cabinet manufacturing setup with optimized layout. There are no employees or customer backlog coming with the sale. Real estate is available for purchase as well.In the beginning, the operations were face frame construction, which they still have a few pieces of equipment for located in a 25 foot by 50 foot face frame construction work cell. Nine years ago, they invested in new CNC machines and a streamlined layout that is designed for optimized manufacturing and throughput for frameless cabinets. These machines are state of the art and have been well maintained. Sheet yield optimization is done by cabinet vision software auto loader and labeler. The labeler loads sheets for router to pick up, thus there is no manual handling. The router cuts parts, drills for all hardware placement and dowelled box assembly.
