What is being sold is a state-of-the-art frameless cabinet manufacturing setup with optimized layout. There are no employees or customer backlog coming with the sale. They have 3 offices and 2 bathrooms in the facility as well, along with a showroom. Showroom fixtures are worth approximately $90,000, along with $12,000 for the reception area and $12,000 for the executive office walnut furniture. The Seller does own the building and property, and it may be available for sale dependent upon the needs of the Buyer and the Lender. The real estate is for sale at $1.7M.To put it in perspective, to purchase the equipment now would be approximately $700,000, and the setup of this equipment is $250,000.
