A: Yes, but you will need to go through more red tape with city inspectors to get approval to hook this up to the utilities, that is why we make these off grid to avoid attaching this to the grid.
Q: Is There a Warranty on These Units?
A: Yes there is a 30 day warranty on craftsmanship such as trim, and other finish work and a 2 month warranty on mechanical such as electrical and plumbing.
Q: How Does the Investments Work With Apoca Outpost
A:We generally start you on smaller projects with small 15% returns to help you get your feet wet in the types of developments we are involved in and then we move on to bigger projects with higher 20% returns and payouts on the returns are 6-12 months at a time.
