Since 1976, Atlantic, a concierge company for property owners has operated under the basic principle that a single source provider for new homes and major renovations delivers the best customer service possible. Our successful business model partners you with our expert in-house team members who provide high quality customer service, attention to detail and most importantly — accurate budgeting to ensure your expectations are met.

Atlantic has four types of memberships available to qualified individuals: 

1. Atlantic Real Estate Development - This membership gives Members the ability to buy/renovate/sell existing homes and build new homes to sell throughout Florida using our processing centers discounted services.
2. Atlantic General Contracting and Realty - Start your own business with our unique format of combining a general contracting (GC) business model with our new age realty model of “property concierge agents” to generate sales for each other. The interior designer manages all GC sales, design, construction and client relationship from start to finish with our property concierge agents trained in realty, sales, design, construction pricing, permitting process and property maintenance. We have 10 available territories listed below throughout Florida for this membership.
3. Atlantic Real Estate Investment Club - This membership gives the Member the ability to start their own real estate investment club to buy/renovate/rent/sell properties with their own project manager throughout Florida.
4. Atlantic Medical Concierge/myMDspace.com - Similar to the GC and realty business, members can start a concierge company for the healthcare industry providing our processing centers discounted services including a property search feature for medical properties. Atlantic Responsibilities

1. Provide discounted services with Atlantic’s processing center for Architecture, Engineering, Permitting, General ContractingOversight, Realty and Accounting, allowing members to manage the new general contracting business that partners with Atlantic.
2. Provide industry standard documents, e.g., proposals, contracts, estimating formulas, invoice forms, etc. for new general contracting/realty business.
3. Atlantic has 10 designated general contracting/realty business territories available across Florida. (scroll down for more info)
4. Sign a formal membership agreement.

ATLANTIC REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT CLUB MEMBERSHIP – HOW IT WORKS

Start your own Real Estate Investment Club!

1. Atlantic’s processing center services allow members the opportunity to buy/renovate/rent/sell properties to share in Florida’s growing real estate market.
2. Members to designate a project manager to partner with Atlantic’s management team for the construction and finances for all construction projects.
3. Members responsible for all aspects of managing the investment club e.g., create new LLC, enrolling members, locate/buy/rent/sell properties including property management.
4. Sign a formal membership agreement.

ATLANTIC MEDICAL CONCIERGE MEMBERSHIP/myMDspace.com – HOW IT WORKS

1. myMDspace is the first of it’s kind to offer concierge service for the healthcare industry providing in-house realty, architecture, engineering, construction, permitting, interior design, and medical membership practice conversion through our affiliate, myMDhome with one phone call. Our staff has decades of realty-design-build-interiors experience in the residential and commercial fields and is now offering these turnkey services to the medical community.
2. Our goal is to be able to assist physicians with all their medical space needs allowing the physician to do what they do best — practice medicine!
3. Atlantic has 10 designated Medical Concierge business territories available across Florida.
4. Sign a formal membership agreement.
