Beheld Beauty Collective franchisees operate mobile bridal hair and makeup businesses — delivering premium, on-location styling to brides, bridal parties, and event clients across a protected territory. The model is lean by design:

• No brick-and-mortar studio required — services are delivered on-site at venues and client locations
• No cosmetology license required to own and operate the franchise
• Home-based office permitted; only a trial space (co-working, salon suite, or hotel room) is needed for pre-event appointments
• Open and serving clients within 60–90 days of signing

Training & Support

Franchisees are never on their own. Beheld's support system is built from 8+ years of real operational experience — not a theory. Training is delivered personally by Maddie Wofford, Founder and CEO, and Emma Lebryk, Master Stylist and Lead Educator of the Beheld brand since 2020.

Initial Training Program (Included in Franchise Fee)

• 3-day immersive program at Beheld Franchise Support Center, Lexington, KY
• 18 hours classroom + 16 hours hands-on, covering: operations, HR, marketing, client services, and business management
• Pre-training access to Brand Standards Manual (252 pages) and styling video library

Ongoing Support

• Brand Standards Manual — comprehensive operational playbook
• Pre-built marketing templates and advertising materials
• Individualized coaching by phone, video, and email
• Annual business meetings and optional continuing education programs (up to 12 days/year)
• In-territory remedial training available on request
• Advertising approval process with 10-business-day turnaround

Territories & Expansion Markets

Beheld is currently awarding protected territories across its priority expansion footprint. Each territory carries a population of approximately 300,000 residents. Available markets include:

• Ohio — suburban and metro markets adjacent to Cincinnati territory
• Indiana — emerging bridal market with low competitive density
• Virginia — affluent wedding market with strong venue infrastructure

Territory protection applies to the solicitation of residents within your territory. Franchisees retain protection as long as they remain in good standing and meet Minimum Performance Standards.

The Discovery Process

Beheld uses a structured, mutual Discovery Process to ensure the right fit on both sides. The seven steps move from introduction to signing in a transparent, relationship-first progression:

1. Intro Call — Background, goals, values, and initial questions. Overview of Discovery Process.
2. Concept Education — Full walkthrough of business model, operations, and support. Homework review.
3. FDD Review — Key FDD provisions explained. Disclosure Document provided for independent review.
4. Discovery Day — In-person visit to Beheld Franchise Support Center in Lexington, KY. Meet the team.
5. Launch Plan — First-90-day roadmap reviewed. Franchisee confirms readiness.
6. Decision Day — Final questions addressed. Award decision made. Signing Day scheduled.
7. Signing Day — Celebrating the start of something beautiful. Electronic document execution.
