    • In 2025, agencies with a team of three fulltime sales producers averaged $620,172 in gross commission revenue. Agencies with five or more producers averaged $1,739,710. You earn 80-85% of commissions on new business and 50% of recurring, renewal policies.

History

Brightway launched in 2008 with one idea: let agents sell and handle everything else for them. Founded by brothers David and Michael Miller in Jacksonville, Florida, the company was built on a vision of people helping people.

Seventeen years later, 350+ agencies write over $1.6 billion in annualized premium. In late 2025, Brightway acquired GlobalGreen Insurance Agency, expanding into new U.S. markets and becoming the 2nd largest agency franchise network in the country.
