About Us
Years ago, experienced entrepreneurs and coffee lovers, Scott and Pam Stewart, returned to their home in Florida from a visit to the Pacific Northwest. While there, the Stewarts took notice of the booming drive-thru specialty coffee shop industry. Having a love for coffee, and always looking to seize on the right opportunity, the Stewarts began planning for the areas first double-sided drive-thru specialty coffee shop. Driven by a mission to serve the highest quality specialty coffee beverages in a way that would meet the demands of busy Americans, in 2002, family-owned Ellianos Coffee Company was founded.
With a lot of hard work, attention to detail, and help from others, Ellianos Coffee Company has become a dominate brand in the Southeast United States with stores located throughout Florida, Georgia and Alabama. Even in these early states, Ellianos achieved brand awareness in its market and thousands of loyal customers. We stand today by the same motto we did back then, to serve ITALIAN QUALITY AT AMERICA’S PACE®.
Ellianos is listed on the SBA Franchise Registry and will assist franchisees with Building Plans, Business Planning, Equipment Lists, Vendor & Supplies, Real Estate & Site Selection Assistance, Financing Options, Complete Training, and ongoing Operational and Marketing Support.
Fast, Easy, & Low Start Up
Ellianos has made a substantial investment into developing the double-sided drive-thru concept for the specialty coffee entrepreneur. Your franchise fee of $30,000, development fee of $15,000 and 6% royalties of net sales or $350 (the greater of the two) entitles you to this complete system, with training, that will save you money and many months of trial and error over developing your own systems.

As in any business, there is a learning curve. At Ellianos, we have done the initial research, testing, and refining of practices to allow franchisees to jump ahead of the curve. Additionally, as an Ellianos franchisee, you have access to the continuing improvements we make to the franchise system, products, and marketing.
