The ideal Agency candidate will have:

• Prior ownership of a business or experience in management, sales, or leadership.
• Must have a passion for helping others, obtain insurance licenses and pass a background check.
• Proof of liquid capital- Farmers insurance will not take possession of your capital and there are NO franchise fees or licensing fees. These funds remain in your control and you will use them to cover your operational expenses such as your payroll, lease, marketing, utilities etc.
