We use only cage-free eggs from humanely raised chickens, grain-fed natural pork and all-natural beef. We use local and organic produce where appropriate and possible. We believe that food prepared this way tastes better and is better for you.

We have developed a cult-like following of legions of fans who appreciate our dedication to ingredient integrity and love that we cook the old-fashioned way, from scratch – without using any freezers or microwaves, ever.
