We’re not the first poke restaurant in the industry, but we’re certainly the only one committed to honoring Hawaii’s seafood staple by perfecting each bowl we assemble. We’ve surpassed competitors because of our award-winning devotion to ensure every customer has an engaging experience at Poke Mahi through our menu and our friendly atmosphere. Our founders’ expertise in the fast-casual industry allows Poke Mahi to serve the highest-quality poke bowls with impeccable efficiency. Due to the simplicity of poke recipes, the lack of expensive kitchen equipment keeps overhead at a minimum and the size of your location can be as small as 1,000 sq. ft. No kitchen hood or grill is needed to operate a Poke Mahi restaurant yet in addition to serving poke as a main dish we also have many warm Asian style food items on our menu to choose from.
