Our founders’ expertise in the fast-casual industry allows Poke Mahi to serve the highest-quality poke bowls with impeccable efficiency. Due to the simplicity of poke recipes, the lack of expensive kitchen equipment keeps overhead at a minimum and the size of your location can be as small as 1,000 sq. ft. No kitchen hood or grill is needed to operate a Poke Mahi restaurant yet in addition to serving poke as a main dish we also have many warm Asian style food items on our menu to choose from.
