Comprehensive Initial Training - Every franchisee attends Stars & Stripes’ start-up training in Clarkston, MI.  With 15 years of experience already under our belts, our expert instructors will cover every aspect of owning, running and building a Stars & Stripes business.  Executed over weeks, you and your management team will spend hours in the classroom, and even more in the field, with real-world, on the job training.   

Stars & Stripes’ Pre-Training Program – Stars & Stripes’ Pre-Training program is designed to immerse you in the set up of your business from Day number one.  We’re not content to wait for your trip to Michigan to get you going.  Instead, we’ve created a program that guides you through every step, big or small, of your businesses set up and start up.  From license and permits to marketing and vendor management, our Pre-Training makes sure that you go from franchise approval to Grand Opening as quickly as possible.   

Marketing Assistance –  We like to think we’ve learned a thing or two about building a large, loyal following.  All of our franchisees are trained in Stars & Stripes’ marketing approaches.  We show you what works, and just as importantly, what doesn’t work.  We’ll share with you initiatives designed to attract new customers and others geared to making those new customers regulars.
