- A STRONG BRAND - Image is everything, particularly if you want to make a meaningful connection with your customers. We make sure that our brand actively engages your fans with creative, effective, and consistent messaging.
- ADVERTISING AND MARKETING - We reinforce the brand with an advertising mix that includes marketing research, grand openings, ongoing promotions, digital and printed POS materials, a website, public relations, social media, local marketing consultation, loyalty programs, recruitment and established brand standards and guidelines.
- SITE SELECTION AND BUILDING ASSISTANCE - We help you step by step with site selection, customer demographics, development and build-out with an approved architect, purchasing and inventory control as well as general operational support.
- TRAINING - Prior to opening, we’ll provide you and your designated manager with four to six weeks of training on general business and operations, food preparation and safety, employee hiring and training, purchasing, inventory control, and other aspects of running your franchise. This includes up to ten days of on-site training.
