Eco-friendly carpet cleaning franchise opening new location that will service two counties

LAKEWOOD, Colo. – Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning, one of the nation’s greenest carpet-cleaning franchises, is opening its newest location in Louisville. Led by Tate Spivey, this new business will offer Oxi Fresh’s oxygen-powered cleanings to residents in Louisville, Shepardsville, and Mount Washington starting March 16^th.

“My father has owned his own carpet cleaning company for 20 years and we thought franchising would help expand our current business,” Spivey said. “Oxi Fresh is a well-known concept and I thought the opportunity to be associated with such a great brand and a growing franchise would provide me with the best opportunity to grow my business and my customer base.”

Spivey currently serves as a men’s soccer coach at Centre College, where he helped guide the team to a 2019 Division III Final Four appearance in the 2019 NCAA men’s soccer tournament.

“Oxi Fresh is one of the most recognizable names in the carpet cleaning industry for a reason,” Spivey stated. “The brand has a unique carpet cleaning process and a strong history of growth. After meeting with the Oxi Fresh team in Denver, I knew the brand was going to be a great fit for me.”

Oxi Fresh has been a staple in the carpet cleaning industry since its inception in 2006. The brand’s oxygenated cleaning process requires roughly two gallons of water to clean a home, while traditional steam cleaners use 40-60 gallons. Oxi Fresh’s process also allows carpets to dry in about an hour, which is far less than the standard 24 or more hours that other cleaners require. The brand estimates that its cleaning method has saved the planet roughly 66 million gallons of water.
