Four insulated 320' long by 50' wide by 28' tall at the peak, 16,000 sq ft Behlen Curvet Storage Buildings on concrete knee walls with a center divider and overhead door. The buildings have 16' wide by 14' tall overhead doors on both ends, air handlers on both ends with two 15 hp fans on one end and humidicels connected to remote computer temperature and humidity controls all connected by full length air plenums which provide low cost temperature control for all four insulated storage buildings. Each storage building has a concrete trough in the floor (the flume) which is attached to a main water flume in the north connector hall or breezeway. The 10,800 square feet breezeway was built to allow transportation of the stored goods to the processing facility without exposing the product to the elements.
