True entrepreneur, you’re in charge of your business and it’s direction. Many government buildings and office buildings all around this café so there is so many people and offices to offer catering to, sandwiches, coffee, and other snacks or finger foods, bubble tea or smoothies. Other ways besides catering to increase the sales are to have an owner-operator in place overseeing the day to day activities. It would cut labor costs and ensure customer service is A++. Another good idea is current owner has no business website or FaceBook or other social media presence at all. New owner needs to correct all this.
