The Company’s technology transforms the image of the real estate office storefront into a high tech/high touch, customer-focused solution that transforms their windows into their website.
By merging “low tech” illuminated displays to command attention with thru-glass touchscreen technology, consumers can instantly access full video or 3D presentations for everything that is on display. The software immerses the user with interactivity they can’t get anywhere else that’s both entertaining and useful.
With “touch and connect” access to not only all of the real estate office’s agents and their listings, the Company’s software also allows for a fully interactive search of all the properties available in the local MLS and for a near constant replenishment of the real estate office’s buyer database that is limited only by foot traffic to the office.
Technologically, recent improvements to the Company’s systems have now pull MLS data automatically so there is virtually nothing our customer has to do except print out custom designed property flyers for their window display which they can do with a touch a button.
Started by the Seller in 2002 as a Michigan S-Corp, the Seller is the sole, managing member of the LLC and owns 100% of the subject business being sold.
The Seller will work with the successful Buyer to facilitate the transfer of all contracts and intellectual property being purchased under a corporate structure of the Buyer’s choosing.
