· Topline annual growth has exceeded 25% for the last two years and is on track to increase 27.1% in FY 2022 (ending November 30, 2022) to total $3.4 million. Adjusted EBITDA for FY 2022 is estimated to total nearly $1.7 million, a 49% EBITDA margin. Gross margin averaged 70.8% over the last five years and is expected to be 73.5% in 2022E.
Going forward, management believes continued sales growth, albeit more modest in 2023, is likely and EBITDA margins of 40% or greater are sustainable.
