Business Overview:

.This 30+ year pool company services maintains, and repairs in-ground (built-in) poo,s in the high-end communities of Westchester County (NY State) and Fairfield County (Connecticut). This includes the towns of Greenwich, Stamford, and Darien (CT), plus White Plains - Rye, Mamaroneck, Scarsdale, etc. The customer base is premier.

The pool company performs all services necessary to keep the pool operating, clean, and safe. This includes the cleaning and maintenance of the pool.

The market for built-in pools is proving to be virus-resistant as families want to have fun - outdoor activity and exercise, stay safe (at home), with those that they know and trust. These families want recreation and controlled socialization in a home backyard environment, that they can observe.

Services Performed:
Pool company "opens" pools (cleaning and storage of covers). They install pumps, filters, and accessory motors, plus diving board(s), slide, grab rails, ladders, and handrails.

Openings include starting and testing all pumps, filters, and heaters, filling to capacity, providing the chemicals necessary to balance and stabilize the pool's water. The company assesses and completes any and all repairs to the pool itself (painting/scrapping/resurfacing, etc.), plus tiling where required.

Service (weekly) includes vacuuming (portable vacuums included), washing tile, cleaning all baskets, backwashing filters, and adjusting chemicals.

Winterizing (closing down) includes removal and storage of all motors and accessories, cleaning/blowing off the pool lines, filters, and heaters free from water, lowering water, and securely covering the pool.

Because of its extensive relationships and long-standing customer base, the pool company is often asked to add kiddie swim areas, jacuzzies and water spas, which it builds, installs, and maintains for additional sales revenue.

Pool company also sells parts, pumps, and filters, chemicals, chlorine, etc., which it delivers as part of the weekly service or as needed.
