Business Overview:
We are happy to present the opportunity to own a relocatable (anywhere US) long established simple fabrication business. The business is a unique niche fabrication company of an vinyl and aluminum product sold via website direct to Consumers across the US. Some customers order from overseas.
The process consists of cutting, sewing the vinyl, cutting and bending of the aluminum parts to size, and packaging all the screws, nuts and bolts etc. that goes with each type of order.
The final product and its individual components are then shipped from the fabrication facility to the customer.
Customers pay for the shipping.
Seller sources all the components from US manufacturers and wholesalers. Only one small part is ordered from overseas – and it’s a part not used in all the final products.
• No high tech equipment is necessary – only basic machine shop type equipment and large work tables on the warehouse side. Most of the final product is simply light fabrication, parts assembly, and boxing/shipping.
• YOY consistency in sales.
Cash Flow = SDE. SDE in 2024 was $156K; the difference in cash flow 2024 vs 2025 was in beefing up the inventory in the 4th quarter 2025 to maintain approx. $100K in inventory parts.
Although, dealers could be added, Seller prefers to retain the 20-25% the dealers want. He currently charges dealers the same as a direct customer.
• Up until November 2025, the Seller worked hands-on in the metal parts side, with a part-time assistant. A new metal shop employee was hired on a full-time basis in the 4th quarter of 2025.

Bring back a product no longer manufactured, but for which there are patterns and due to his other business, he does not have the time to do this. Develop designs for another market segment. (Seller has ideas as to how to design an alternative product for a broader market than the company currently has. To date, he has had no time to do this with his other business.)
