This company has been entertaining its customers in Springfield, Missouri for over 30 years. It is widely known throughout Southwest Missouri as not only a great pool hall but also a relaxing place to have something to eat and a delicious adult beverage. In addition to this, the attached comedy club has been a staple in the community for years and brings some major comedians to entertain its patrons. Unfortunately, the business was forced to close, along with all other bars and restaurants, when the Covid 19 pandemic hit the United States in March of 2020. The location is fantastic. Right at one of the busiest corners in the downtown area, the visibility is great and they have the signboard out front where they can display messages of their choosing regarding events going on at the space. The business is within walking distance of anyone that lives downtown which is great because people don’t have to worry about driving and parking. They can simply walk out their front door and be sitting down for a drink within 10 minutes. For those that don't live downtown the property has two separate parking lots. This is a valuable part of the real estate being offered with the sale of the business as parking is scarce downtown and thus a big benefit to customers. Assets = $1,376,000.

Market Competition and Expansion:

There are plenty of other bars and restaurants in in the area. However, there is not another pool hall that also serves food and drinks and has an event space for comedy like this place, or whatever ownership chooses to use it for. This space clearly has things to offer that others don’t. However, in the entertainment business, it can be good to have other destination type businesses in the area. For example, a brewery next door is a good neighbor to have. Patrons of the brewery might have a few beers and then head next door for a bite to eat or a game of pool. Or, if the brewery or other nearby establishments are full customers might just walk to a nearby place because it is easier than driving somewhere else.
