This offering is a combination of 2 businesses holding dominant positions in the waste management segment serving the East Coast of Central Florida. Business #1 is over 70 years old and operates a portable toilet rental business (primary revenue driver) along with a Septic and Aerobic Treatment installation and servicing business that is the legacy business, but not actively pursued given workforce limitations. Includes a wide array of equipment: trucks (new 2020 F550 just ordered), trailers, pickups with approximately 1,100 construction/builder units currently in field and additional 150 special events rental toilet units having recently been purchased in attempt to support demand.
