Recently renovated (2021) and upgraded Car Wash located in Miamisburg, OH at the same location for over 25 years. The wash consists of an automated tunnel soft touch wash, with 2 self-serve wash bays, and vacuum islands. All the current equipment was installed new 2021. The entire wash was gutted down to the studs and built back up. The automatic tunnel wash is new as well as the equipment to support the 2 self-serve bays. The interior walls were covered in new vinyl wall coverings as well. The wash is currently run absentee, but there is a Site Manager (who lives nearby) and manages the wash for the owner. This Site Manager is willing to stay and continue to manage the wash with a new owner.
