The 30 Minute Hit® Workout 
The 30 Minute Hit® is a high intensity, action packed Boxing/Kickboxing circuit workout designed specifically for women to achieve amazing results. Fast paced, challenging and empowering, this one of a kind top quality workout appeals to all levels of fitness in a friendly, non-intimidating environment. 

The circuit is comprised of 13 heart pumping stations that each last for 2 minutes while focusing on boxing/ kick boxing techniques including quick short bursts of high intensity intervals. Members begin by warming up and then work through the punching, kicking, core-strengthening and self-defense inspired stations while having a dedicated HIT instructor challenging, teaching, and motivating them throughout.

With no  class-start times and flexible schedules, women have easy access to this amazing fitness program whenever it fits within their own busy schedule. The 30 Minute Hit® FacilHITy 
30 Minute Hit® training centers range from 1400 to 2000 square feet and thrive in several types of commercial real estate. 

Most spaces require relatively minimal tenant improvements as design requirements are kept simple. 30 Minute Hit® provides its assistance and experience in  choosing appropriate locations with  the best interests of the Franchisee  and brand in mind. Choosing the  right location is a critical component  in the long term success for any 30  Minute Hit® location. 30 Minute Hit®  will invest as much time as required to help select the best possible location for all new Franchisees. 

After a new Franchisee's location is selected, a dedicated CorporHIT Team Member creates a customized rendering of the space to assist with the build-out process.
