The AirMD Franchise, is an environmental company specializing in indoor air quality testing and building assessments. 

Our franchise is based on its affiliate company, AirMD Inc. which began operations in Boca Raton, Florida during 2008 and currently serves all Florida and other states nationally. 

After nearly ten years in the environmental industry AirMD identified the need for a national indoor environmental testing company like AirMD which currently does not exist.  AirMD provides an “end-to-end solution” all the back end operations are provided to our franchises by our corporate office, and as a franchisee, you will benefit from our existing AirMD internal operations.  

• We operate a national operational call center, with a team of experts ready to answer field questions.  
• We schedule and dispatch service calls through our proprietary software application powered by MobiWorks.   We help close the sale for the franchisee. 
• We process accounts receivable.  
• We process insurance claims
• We pay laboratory costs
• We do technical report writing
• We deliver electronic assessments to the client
• We provide the AirMD franchise training model

What is the AirMD Franchise Model?

Franchisees are granted the right to operate a business that provides residential and commercial indoor environmental testing using the name “AirMD” and our system of operating procedures. 

Each AirMD franchise is considered a "location" owned by a franchisee, who will be certified and trained to operate the local franchised business.

The services provided by the franchisee will include commercial, residential and IEQ Management.

How is success created by an AirMD franchise? 

The franchisee's success is a formula based on the “multiplier effect” of the franchise location and other factors, including:

• time dedicated to the AirMD business
• networking to build recurring leads
• marketing to national accounts
• local SEO to create residential and commercial accounts
• local advertising to the market
• following the roadmap provided by the franchisor

The potential for each franchise location, using only one consultant, is to service up to 20 blocks of time (2 hours per block) in one calendar week.

The multiplier effect is when a franchisee adds additional environmental consultants to expand within the territory.  There is no limit to the number of consultants a franchisee can employ within one territory, provided the consultants are certified in mold, lead and asbestos by AirMD LLC.

AirMD provides a "results story theme" for the franchisee's business, indoor environmental testing and consultation assessment is performed by environmental consultants, in residential or commercial environments. Producing certified and trusted results delivered electronically.
