With a common love for the almighty burger, mutual business savvy and a need to take the Babys Badass Burgers concept to the streets, the dynamic duo of Erica Cohen and Lori Barbera launched BBB in late 2009.

Erica Cohen launched her career in the restaurant world as one of the founding partners in a leading hospitality group specializing in restaurants and lounges. A passionate foodie and burgermeister at heart who had been searching for the perfect, quintessential cheeseburger since she was a little girl, decided that in order to satiate her quest she would have to create her own flawless burger.

For her part, Barbera, has a restaurant background as both an investor in a high end steakhouse and a career specializing in marketing, PR and special events. She has produced countless events for celebrities from Keri Hilson to Common to Chelsea Handler; companies from Comedy Central, HBO, Paramount to VH-1 Rock Honors honoring The Who; and shows from Dancing with the Stars to True Blood to Big Love to Entourage. She has already created a buzz with customers from all over the entertainment industry who wish to enliven their lunch and dinnertime offerings.
