The two Centennial, Colorado My Favorite Muffin locations are owned and operated by local residents Eric Abbott and Mark Rank. Friends since their days at The University of Iowa, the two left behind corporate jobs to open the first Colorado My Favorite Muffin on Arapahoe Road in 1995. Two years later they opened the Dry Creek location. In 2008 Eric and Mark entered into an Area Development Agent agreement with the Franchisor to help develop additional My Favorite Muffin franchises in the state of Colorado.Eric Abbott and Mark Rank
Rachel and I have been Big Apple Bagels franchisees since 2004. We currently have three stores located in Kalamazoo, Portage and Davison MI. In 2009 we became Development Agents to assist in the growth of the franchise in Lower Michigan and parts of Indiana.
