Braud’s Funnel Cake Café est. 2006 from a 10x10 pop-up tent to participate in festivals and has since branded itself through exceptional customer service, quality products, and giving back. Today, we have grown to an Award-Winning funnel cake store and food truck specializing in fresh funnel cakes with a large variety of sweet and savory options. Also serving soda and coffee floats, ice cream waffle bowls, beverages, and offer gift cards and e-cards. We keep it simple but delicious.
BFCC is unique in that we offer many opportunities to generate revenue/profit. The ability to sell B2C and B2B, a storefront model that is ideal for high-traffic areas and drive-thus, retail, and/or wholesale. As well as a food truck to accommodate small to large corporate events, parties, weddings, wine tastings, fundraisers, and more.
We have done the hard work to make this an easy model with a proven system to move products quickly. We have also developed a comprehensive Training and Support Program to easily operate a BFCC restaurant so, restaurant experience is helpful but not necessary.
By popular demand, we are now spreading the sweetness across the country giving others the opportunity to make their Sweetest Dreams Come True through franchising.
