Business Models

There are primarily two business models to choose from. First is the traditional franchise model. Second is the business opportunity model based on a consulting/operating agreement where the business opportunity provider takes the lead role in managing the dispensary on a day-to-day basis. In the consulting/operating agreement model, owners are involved in all major decisions and retain control of all financial decisions.

The franchisor/business opportunity operator will take the lead to source product, supplier approvals, product selection, ordering and product assortment using a detailed analysis and in accordance with ongoing marketing programs.

Training

The training provided to the staff will be able to open, close, order & receive product, stock/merchandise, and walk the customer through the guest experience.
