Dana began franchising fab’rik in 2006, with the hope of allowing others the opportunity to live out their dream of having their own boutique. Now, in just 15 years since it all began, there are over 40 locations nationwide making fab’rik a leading fashion franchise. In joining the fab’rik family, you not only enjoy the benefit of chasing your dreams, but also the benefit of having a corporate team who has done it all, and a network of other owners who share the same passion and mission as you - to love what you do.

Investing in fab'rik provides you with operating, marketing and training processes, as well as the support of the expansive network of other fab’rik franchise owners. During the new store build-out process, our On-boarding team will support you and provide you with all the tools to create the perfect fab’rik experience in your town. Additionally our Operations, Training, Buying, and Marketing teams will support you on an ongoing basis so you will always feel the strong support of a team behind you and your store.

Our stores are ideally between 1500 and 2000 square feet and are always found in  outdoor/lifestyle type centers and not in indoor shopping malls. Our stores’ look is understated, minimalist and inspired by natural elements. Throughout our in-store 
decor, we provide a blank canvas for our customers to shop complete looks and individual pieces. In doing so, our clothing and style are the statements projecting an elevated, high-fashion and sophisticated brand. From personal styling to a celebratory glass of champagne, the fab’rik team is expert in creating a memorable shopping experience for every customer.

It is important to fab’rik to have store owners who are passionate about being the operator of their store. We look for individuals who are able and excited to operate their store as the full time Manager for at least the first year of ownership. Our fab’rik owners are business minded individuals with a passion for style and a love for fashion. We search for owners with sales, retail, marketing, and other business related backgrounds, but most importantly we search for leaders who are passionate about running a successful business and fulfilling their dream of owning their own boutique.
