Koydol's organizational structure is set for rapid scaling:

• Pre-Construction department generating high-volume/precision bids submissions
• Operations department with clear role separation (PM, APM and Superintendent) to efficiently execute projects using cloud-based automated workflow system
• Accounting and HR software systems integrated with project management

Training
Everyone brings their own strengths to Koydol. The backgrounds of our franchisees will vary greatly - some might be industry professional who want to start their own business. Some may already be in business but are interested in growing. Whatever your background, no matter what you don't know, we'll teach you. 

The Initial Franchise Training is comprehensive. Training includes a combination of online courses, classroom instruction, and hands-on experience at HQ. You'll learn how to use our suite of tools to build your business. We cover marketing, lead generation, education, customer relationship management, and most importantly, what makes Koydol Special!
