We believe the key to success is finding the right candidate to support growth and development goals, as well as carry out daily care in a manner that is synergistic with the child rearing approach of the family. We work with each family to develop a plan of care which includes physical, social & academic engagement, safety & security and organization & communication.  This plan is used to guiding your Oliver’s Nannies team.
